Below we list the most important subjects in your E-commerce store that you need to take care of, in order to increase your chances of success and be better at Ecommerce. Treat them as a roadmap. 1. Focus on Your Client's needs, not on Yours The biggest mistake of new entrepreneurs entering the E-commerce industry is the "I have to sell that" approach to the topic. Experience has shown me many times that the client's needs and your perception of them are completely different. Do the work and research the market before starting your Online Business. What's more, even when you already have sales and the store is open for a long time, you should call your customers from time to time and ask them directly what they need. For example for me, it may be most convenient to communicate with my clients on Instagram or YouTube, while You will prefer to do it via Tik Tok or Podcasts. It's normal.
