1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions, referred to below as the “Terms”, govern the use of the Best For Ecommerce website available at https://bestforecommerce.com/, referred to below as the “Website”, and the electronic services made available through it.
The Website is operated by:
Jakub Szulc Seo Content Lab
ul. Pocztowa 18/37

Jakub Szulc Seo Content Lab is referred to in these Terms as the “Service Provider”. Best For Ecommerce is the name of the Website and the project operated by the Service Provider.
A person or entity using the Website is referred to as the “User”.
The Terms are made available to Users free of charge in a form that allows them to read, save, reproduce and print their content.
By using the electronic services available through the Website, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them. Where an electronic form contains a separate acceptance checkbox, submitting that form requires acceptance of the Terms.
If the User does not accept these Terms, they should stop using the relevant electronic service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
2. Nature and Purpose of the Website
Best For Ecommerce is an informational and educational website intended primarily for ecommerce professionals, online store owners, managers, consultants, marketers, researchers and other people interested in ecommerce.
The Website may provide, among other things:
- articles, guides and educational materials;
- ecommerce statistics, benchmarks and research summaries;
- calculators, checkers and other online tools;
- comparisons and descriptions of software, services and products;
- downloadable materials, templates or examples;
- contact forms and the possibility of contacting the Service Provider by email;
- information about consulting, cooperation or content contribution opportunities;
- affiliate links, sponsored links or advertising content.
The Website does not sell products or paid digital services under these Terms. Any future paid product, subscription, consulting service or digital service may be governed by separate terms presented to the User before placing an order or entering into an agreement.
3. Electronic Services
The Service Provider currently provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- access to publicly available Website content;
- use of calculators, checkers and other interactive Website functions;
- use of internal search and navigation functions;
- submission of inquiries through contact forms;
- contact with the Service Provider by email;
- submission of feedback, corrections, cooperation proposals or suggested materials.
The Service Provider may introduce additional electronic services. The conditions applicable to an additional service will be presented on the Website or in separate terms before the User begins using that service.
The electronic services are provided without a fixed duration, unless the nature of a particular service or separate information displayed on the Website states otherwise.
The User does not normally need to create an account to access publicly available Website content.
4. Entering Into and Terminating Electronic Service Agreements
An agreement for access to publicly available Website content is entered into when the User opens the Website or a particular page and ends when the User leaves or closes the Website.
An agreement for the use of a calculator, checker or another interactive function is entered into when the User starts using that function and ends when the User leaves the tool, closes the Website or completes the relevant activity.
An agreement concerning a contact form or email inquiry is entered into when the User sends a message and ends when the inquiry has been answered, otherwise resolved or closed.
The User may stop using an electronic service at any time without providing a reason and without incurring any fee, subject to any costs charged independently by the User’s internet or telecommunications provider.
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict access to an electronic service if the User:
- materially or repeatedly violates these Terms;
- uses the Website in an unlawful, abusive or harmful manner;
- attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the Website;
- uses automated systems in a manner that creates an excessive load or circumvents technical restrictions;
- provides unlawful content;
- infringes the rights of the Service Provider, another User or a third party.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, the Service Provider may first request that the violation be stopped. Immediate restriction may be applied where necessary to protect the Website, Users, third parties or the Service Provider.
5. Technical Requirements
To use the Website properly, the User should have:
- a device connected to the internet;
- an up-to-date web browser supporting HTML, CSS, JavaScript and encrypted HTTPS connections;
- JavaScript enabled where required by a Website function;
- cookies or similar browser storage enabled where technically necessary;
- an active email account when using a contact form or communicating by email;
- software capable of opening any downloadable file selected by the User.
Disabling JavaScript, required cookies, browser storage or selected browser functions may cause some parts of the Website to work incorrectly or become unavailable.
Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used subject to the User’s choices and applicable law.
The User is responsible for maintaining an appropriately protected device, updated software, secure passwords and backups of important information.
Using services provided through the internet may involve risks such as malicious software, phishing, unauthorised access, interception of communications, data loss or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. The Service Provider applies reasonable security measures but cannot completely eliminate all risks connected with internet use.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
The User must use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, good practice and the rights of other persons.
The User must not:
- provide, publish, send or otherwise distribute unlawful content;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, personal rights, trade secrets or other third-party rights;
- send malicious software, harmful code, viruses or files designed to interfere with another system;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, databases, administrative panel or another User’s information;
- test, scan or probe the Website for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation;
- circumvent security measures, access controls, rate limits, robots instructions or other technical restrictions;
- impersonate another person or provide deliberately false or misleading identifying information;
- use the Website to distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications or deceptive advertising;
- use automated requests in a way that disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the Website;
- copy, scrape or extract substantial parts of the Website for republication, resale, dataset creation or another commercial use without authorisation;
- use Website content to mislead others about its source, date, meaning or endorsement;
- use the Website in a way that may damage its reputation, availability, security or normal operation.
The prohibition on unlawful content includes content that violates applicable law, promotes illegal activity, infringes third-party rights, contains unlawful threats or harassment, or is otherwise prohibited from being distributed.
7. User Messages, Submissions and Materials
The User retains any rights they hold in materials sent to the Service Provider.
Sending a private inquiry through a contact form or by email does not grant the Service Provider the right to publish the message, except where publication is required by law or expressly agreed with the User.
If the User deliberately submits an article, expert contribution, quotation, image, correction, review, testimonial or another material for possible publication, the User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, technically adapt, edit, translate and publish that material to the extent necessary for the agreed or reasonably intended publication.
The licence does not transfer ownership of the material. The Service Provider may decide not to publish submitted material and may remove previously published material where reasonably justified.
The User submitting material confirms that:
- they have the necessary rights and permissions;
- the material does not infringe third-party rights;
- the material is not unlawful, deceptive or malicious;
- any factual claims supplied for publication are, to the best of the User’s knowledge, accurate;
- any commercial relationship relevant to the material has been disclosed.
8. Reporting Unlawful Content and Rights Infringements
A person who believes that content available on the Website is unlawful or infringes their rights may send a report to contact@bestforecommerce.com.
To allow the report to be assessed efficiently, it should include, where possible:
- the exact URL or another precise location of the reported content;
- a clear explanation of why the content is considered unlawful or infringing;
- supporting documents, evidence or references;
- the reporting person’s name and email address, unless applicable law permits an anonymous report;
- a statement confirming that the report is made in good faith and that the supplied information is accurate to the best of the reporting person’s knowledge.
The Service Provider may request additional information where the report is not sufficiently precise or substantiated.
Reports will be assessed without undue delay, taking into account the nature of the content, applicable law, the rights of affected persons and the information available to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may remove, restrict, correct or preserve content and related evidence where required or permitted by law. The Service Provider may also cooperate with competent public authorities where legally required.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website, its layout, articles, databases, graphics, logos, original images, calculations, tables, tools, source code and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The User may access and use publicly available Website content for personal, educational or internal business purposes.
The User may quote limited portions of Website content where permitted by applicable law, provided that the quotation is justified by its purpose and includes a clear reference to Best For Ecommerce and, where appropriate, a link to the original page.
Without prior written permission, the User must not:
- republish complete articles, datasets, tables, tools or substantial parts of the Website;
- sell, sublicense or commercially distribute Website content;
- copy Website content to create a competing publication, database, tool or service;
- remove copyright, authorship, source or attribution information;
- frame or embed substantial parts of the Website in a way that may mislead Users about their source;
- modify and republish Website materials in a way that misrepresents their original meaning;
- use the Best For Ecommerce name or logo in a way that suggests an unauthorised partnership or endorsement.
Ordinary search engine indexing is permitted where it complies with the Website’s technical instructions and does not circumvent access restrictions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider expressly reserves its rights in relation to automated extraction, text and data mining, dataset creation and the training, fine-tuning, testing or evaluation of artificial intelligence systems using Website content.
This reservation does not restrict any mandatory statutory exception or other use that the Service Provider cannot lawfully prohibit.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Informational and Educational Character
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
The content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. It should not be treated as a substitute for advice based on the User’s individual circumstances.
Reading Website content, using a calculator or sending a general inquiry does not by itself create a consultant-client, adviser-client, agency, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship.
A consulting or other professional relationship may arise only under a separate agreement expressly accepted by the Service Provider and the client.
Ecommerce strategies, marketing methods, software choices and business decisions may produce different results depending on the User’s market, resources, implementation, data, customers and other circumstances. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific financial, marketing, traffic, conversion or business results.
11. Statistics, Research and Source Information
The Website may present statistics, benchmarks, estimates, summaries and data originating from third-party reports, studies, surveys, platforms or public sources.
Different sources may use different definitions, methodologies, samples, markets, currencies, reporting periods and measurement techniques. For this reason, figures that appear to describe a similar metric may not always be directly comparable.
The Service Provider aims to identify relevant sources and provide reasonable context, but cannot guarantee that third-party data is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Statistics and source materials may be corrected, updated, revised, withdrawn or replaced by their original publishers. Users should review the original source, publication date and methodology before relying on a figure for an important decision.
12. Calculators and Online Tools
Calculators, checkers, scores, templates and other Website tools provide estimates or simplified results based on the information entered by the User and the assumptions built into the tool.
The output may not reflect every cost, tax, legal requirement, commercial condition, technical limitation or exceptional circumstance relevant to the User.
The User is responsible for:
- entering correct and complete data;
- checking the assumptions and definitions used by the tool;
- independently verifying any result;
- deciding whether the result is suitable for their intended purpose;
- obtaining professional advice where required.
Calculator and tool results must not be treated as guaranteed financial outcomes, binding quotations or professional recommendations.
13. Automated Tools and Artificial Intelligence
The Service Provider may use software, automation or artificial intelligence as editorial support, including for organising research, language assistance, formatting, data processing, quality checks or preparation of draft materials.
Published Website content remains subject to the Service Provider’s editorial responsibility. The use of automated assistance does not guarantee that content is complete or free from errors.
Where applicable law requires particular AI-generated or AI-manipulated material to be identified, the Service Provider will provide the required information with or in connection with that material.
14. Affiliate Links, Advertising and Commercial Relationships
The Website may contain advertising, sponsored content and affiliate links.
Best For Ecommerce participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, Best For Ecommerce may earn from qualifying purchases.
The Website may also participate in other affiliate or referral programmes. If a User follows an affiliate link and completes a purchase or another qualifying action, the Service Provider may receive a commission or another benefit. This will normally not increase the price paid by the User.
The Service Provider aims to identify sponsored, advertising or affiliate relationships where required by applicable law or where necessary to prevent misleading Users.
A link, comparison or description does not guarantee that a third-party product or service will be suitable for the User.
Prices, features, availability, discounts, licences, delivery conditions, refund rules and other third-party offer information may change without notice. Users should verify the final conditions directly on the seller’s or service provider’s website before making a purchase.
Any purchase made through an external link is concluded directly between the User and the relevant third-party seller or service provider. The third party’s terms, privacy policy, warranty, delivery and return rules apply to that transaction.
15. External Websites and Embedded Services
The Website may link to or embed content and services provided by third parties, including videos, social media content, analytics tools, software providers, ecommerce platforms and advertising networks.
The Service Provider does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, terms or content.
The inclusion of an external link does not automatically mean that the Service Provider endorses every statement, product or practice of the linked third party.
Users should review the terms and privacy information of the relevant third party before using an external service or providing personal information.
16. Privacy and Cookies
Information about the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
The Website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for functions such as security, preferences, analytics, embedded content and advertising.
Where required by law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are activated only according to the User’s consent choices.
The User may manage available consent choices through the Website’s cookie banner or consent settings. Browser settings may also allow the User to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect Website functionality.
Commercial or marketing communications will be sent only where the required consent or another valid legal basis exists. A person may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time using the method indicated in the message or by contacting the Service Provider.
17. Website Availability and Changes
The Service Provider aims to keep the Website reasonably available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be temporarily limited due to:
- maintenance, updates or technical changes;
- hosting, network or infrastructure failures;
- security incidents or attempted attacks;
- failures of third-party software or services;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- events outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control.
The Service Provider may update, correct, reorganise, move, remove or discontinue Website content or functionality.
The Service Provider may remove outdated materials, broken links, discontinued tools or content that no longer meets the Website’s editorial or quality standards.
18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Website and its free electronic services are provided with reasonable care for informational and educational use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider does not guarantee that:
- all Website content is complete, current or free from errors;
- every source or external link will remain available;
- a particular tool or calculator will be suitable for the User’s specific purpose;
- using Website content will produce a particular commercial or financial result;
- the Website will operate without interruption on every device or browser.
The User remains responsible for decisions made on the basis of Website content and should independently verify information that may materially affect their business, finances, legal position or customers.
Subject to mandatory law, the Service Provider is not responsible for losses resulting solely from:
- reliance on general informational content without appropriate verification;
- incorrect, incomplete or outdated data entered into a calculator or tool;
- actions, products, services or content of independent third parties;
- temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure providers, security incidents or events outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control;
- unauthorised or unlawful use of the Website by the User;
- failure by the User to secure their own device, software, email account or internet connection.
For Users acting in connection with their trade, business or profession, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from the use of the free Website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Complaints About Electronic Services
A User may submit a complaint concerning the operation of the Website or an electronic service:
- by email to contact@bestforecommerce.com; or
- by post to Jakub Szulc Seo Content Lab, ul. Pocztowa 18/37, 05-555 Tarczyn, Poland.
The complaint should include, where possible:
- the User’s name or another identifier;
- contact details for the response;
- the electronic service concerned;
- a description of the problem;
- the date or approximate time when the problem occurred;
- the result or solution requested by the User;
- screenshots or other information that may help identify the problem.
If the complaint does not contain enough information to assess it, the Service Provider may ask the User to provide reasonable additional details.
Complaints are handled without charge and without undue delay, normally no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of a sufficiently complete complaint, unless a different deadline applies under mandatory law.
The response will normally be sent to the email address or postal address provided by the User.
The complaint procedure does not limit the User’s right to pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
20. Use of the Website by Minors
The Website is intended primarily for adults and business users. It is not specifically directed at children.
A person who does not have full legal capacity may use the Website only to the extent permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Minors should not submit personal information, business inquiries or materials for publication without appropriate authorisation.
21. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance;
- changes in the electronic services or Website functionality;
- the introduction of new tools or content formats;
- security, fraud prevention or technical requirements;
- changes to the Service Provider’s business or contact details;
- the need to clarify existing provisions or correct errors.
The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
Changes apply to the future use of the Website from their effective date and do not remove rights already acquired under mandatory law.
Where a change materially affects an ongoing electronic service, the Service Provider will provide reasonable notice where required and technically possible.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and the electronic services provided by the Service Provider are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable European Union law or other law that cannot validly be excluded.
If the User is a consumer, the choice of Polish law does not deprive the User of mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of the country in which the User has their habitual residence, where such protection applies.
Disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law. No provision of these Terms requires a consumer to submit a dispute exclusively to a court that would not otherwise have jurisdiction.
Where applicable, consumers may also seek assistance from competent consumer protection bodies or use an available out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
Before starting court proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the Service Provider so that the matter can first be reviewed directly. This does not limit any legal right or applicable limitation period.
23. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay by the Service Provider in enforcing a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular Website function or service.
If separate terms apply to a particular paid service, product or cooperation agreement, those separate terms take precedence in relation to that service or agreement.
These Terms are prepared in English. Any translation may be provided for convenience. Mandatory rules concerning language and consumer information remain unaffected.
These Terms replace the previous version of the Website’s Terms and Conditions from the effective date stated above.
